Returns & Refunds
We are happy to refund the full purchase price of any product or service provided within 14 days of the original purchase date with the exception of: data recovery services, domain registration services, and any special order products (as indicated on your invoice). All requests for refunds are processed within 5 business days.
iCube Development uses a warranty tracking label for all products and services we provide. Clients may remove these tags without effect on warranty coverage.
Return Requirements:
- Item must include all original packaging (including cables, product manuals, etc.).
- Item serial number(s) must match those located in our database.
- Item must be free of physical and liquid damage.
