Table reflects hourly charges, all technical support services are billed in 0.5 hourly increments. A minimum 1 hour service charge is applied for all on-site service requests. After hours (emergency service) requests are billed 2.25 x standard hourly rate. *Economy data recovery services reflect a 30 - 60 day turn around time. **Travel overages apply when a service is provided 40KM in excess of current technician location.
